Why it works
The value is in the room, not the reading.
Sessions bring together researchers, clinicians, engineers and operators who read the same paper from genuinely different angles. A method that looks decisive to one person looks impractical to someone who runs the assay, and unaffordable to someone who runs the service. Those disagreements are the point — they are what a summary of the paper can never give you.
Where a discussion produces something worth returning to, we write it up as a Paper Note in the Field Library. Most sessions do not, and that is fine.
